Application
The machine is applicable to process 100% cotton,man-made fibers and blending,to open,card,clean and mix cotton(man-made fiber) laps of certain evenness from the opening and scutching line,or cotton(man-made fiber) layers fed by chute feeder;meanwhile,short fibers and impurities are removed.Then they can be condensed into slivers of certain specification and coiled regularly in sliver cans for the following process.

1.The doffer and feed roller is driven by and electronic frequency converter and toothed belt,so as to its speed variation is stepless.
2.The web take-off unit allow visual inspection of the web,it ensures the web delivering in high speed and running verb stable.The calender roller specially designed is the function of measuring roller for the auto leveller
