Brief introduction:
1, Application
This machine works for kind of double-sided pile loop fabric. Its raw material is generally ordinary polyester, which is processed through a special finishing process. It has the characteristics of comfort, softness and warmth. The traditional double-sided fleece loop cloth only grabs the wool on both sides. The plush sticks to the cloth surface in a sheet shape and cannot stand upright. After repeated washing, it will agglomerate, harden, become less elastic, and feel hard. However, no matter how you wash it with the new technology, the fleece will not stand upright. The velvet is still upright, not easy to fall down, feels fluffy, and the velvet will not fall off after washing for a long time.
The processing steps are: weaving→dyeing→pre-setting plus raising→brushing→combing→shearing→shaking grain→finishing final product
