Product Description
Application:
The machine is suitable to card the chemical fiber and blended fiber after opening to be evenly distributed fiber network and used for the next process
The machine adopts single-cylinder combing, double-doffer double-random (clutter)roller delivery, double-roller stripping cotton, with strong carding ability and high production. All cylinders of the machine are modulated and qualitatively processed and then precision machined. Radial runout is less than or equal to 0.03mm. The feed roller is paired with the upper and the lower two groups, frequency control, independent transmission, and equipped with metal detection device, with the function of self-stop alarm reversing.
