Product Description
Brief introduction:
HYDRO-EXTRACTING
Pressurized air (5-5.5 kg/cm²) in the tank is at first circulated OUT-IN for the purpose of squeezing moisture in cone/cheese. Moisture remained in the air circulation is condensed to be discharged rapidly and then separated perfectly from air by means of mist-separator. No special hydro-extractor is required.
RAPID DRYING & CLEAN DRYING
After hydro-extraction the air in the same tank is circulated IN-OUT under high pressure. Clean air closely shut out of the outside is heated and is fed to drying tank. Air passed through drying tank becomes saturated temperature and is sent to condenser. Air continues to be circulated in this closed system. Super rapid and clean dry is available, not being influent from atmospheric temperature, moisture, dust and so on. Mounted vertical & cylindrical condenser which is highly efficient and of direct cooling system. Maintenance is quite easy.

SAVING ENERGY AND RESOURCES
The epock-making construction of cylindrical direct cooling condensersaves consumption of cooling water and steam very much, and newly designed blower with consideration of saving energy reduces max. 25% of its electrical power consumption. Additional device for heat recovery from condensed drain can be quoted separately as customer's option.
STAINLESS STEEL MADE
The main parts such as drying tank, condenser and flow pipings, are constructed with stainless steel. Dryer can be kept clean from rusting troubles in its long term operation.
