Description of twisting machine
This machine is a new CNC unwinding machine independently developed by our company and has a number of patents. Its biggest feature is that the single-spindle independent electric spindle and the unwinding bobbin spindle use advanced DC brushless motors, which realizes that each spindle The perfect combination of individual control and centralized control of the whole machine. It adopts computer digital control and computer editing input to control the lifting and upgrading of the ring plate and adjust the twist and spindle speed arbitrarily. It has the advantages of strong overload capacity, energy saving and noise reduction. The yarn breakage detector is used to realize the single spindle selfstop when the yarn breaks. , and can accurately record the output of each shift and the total output of the machine. The use of a color touch screen makes the operation more convenient and intuitive, and the maintenance is simple and economical. It has a power failure memory function, so you no longer have to worry about the trouble caused by power failure; the whole machine has a high degree of automation, which reduces the labor intensity of operators, and can realize one person to operate multiple units, reducing labor costs.
