This machine is suitable for the singeing and cooling reaction of 100% cotton, chemical fiber, blended chemical fiber fabric and other fabrics, and can remove the impurities and fluff on the fabrics, so as to improve the brightness and quality of fabric surface.

Characteristics of singeing machine

The most prominent characteristics of the singeing machine include high speed (120m/min at the maximum) and high temperature (up to 1,300 ºC ). Under the high-temperature action of the burner, a low speed will give rise to tendering of natural fiber, reduced elasticity of fabrics, yellowing on the surface, increased difficulty in bleaching; carbonization of starch slurry, degeneration of chemical slurry and subsequent difficulty in desizing; vitrification of chemical fiber, hardening of fabrics, poor hand feeling, and so forth. To meet the requirements of high speed, high temperature and high efficiency, there should be steady cloth feeding, smooth expansion, correct alignment, high singeing grade, thorough firefighting and neat doffing.
